Dear Residents,

We thank you for your cooperation as we continue the exterior window washing services. We had some mechanical difficulties but we are now on schedule as posted in the elevators. Please don’t forget to check the schedule and make sure to move your belongings 3 feet away from the glass in your terrace for the staff to get the necessary access to clean the glass. Once they pass your unit’s terrace, they will not be able to come back and you will have to wait until the next scheduled window washing service to get the glass cleaned.

We also want to thank everyone that updated their Vehicle Registration Form and properly placed their parking decals on their vehicles. If you have not done this, please make sure to do so by June 30, 2018. Forms and decals can be picked up at the Front Desk. Notices are posted in the elevators and can be printed by clicking here.

Lastly, we want to remind all Owners that you are required to carry insurance as stated in the CC&Rs, Article IX, Section 9.3 Right and Duty of Owners to Insure, “It is the responsibility of each Owner to provide insurance on his personal property and upon all other property and improvements within his Unit.” Therefore, if you don’t have insurance, we highly advise that you speak with your insurance agent and get your property insured. The Association’s master policy does not cover each Owner’s Unit. If you need a copy of the Association’s policy, please feel free to stop by the Front Desk or let me know and I’ll be happy to provide you with one.
