Weather Conditions & Carpet Cleaning Schedule

Dear Residents,

Due to the rain and cold weather conditions, we are experiencing a lot of moisture-related condensation in the parking levels. You will notice condensation on the walls, pipes, and ceiling throughout the parking lot. The floors in the elevator lobbies are also constantly wet due to the foot traffic in the rain. We ask that you take caution when going to your vehicles to avoid accidents in these areas.

If you have storage units in the parking levels, we highly recommend that you check your units. Please remember that these storage units and the parking lots are open and not climate controlled. As a result, vehicles and items in the storage units may be affected by the weather.

We will be postponing our hallway carpet cleaning to a later date after the rainy season (Carpet Cleaning & Office Closed). We will continue to monitor the weather and notify you of any additional changes to the carpet cleaning schedule.

Lastly, please be advised that the Management Office will be closed on Monday, February 18, 2019 in observance of President’s Day. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Front Desk.
