Christmas Tree Removal - January 2-10, 2018

Dear Residents,

We will be offering a Christmas tree removal service from January 2, 2018 – January 10, 2018.

If you would like to participate in this service, please make sure to:

  1. Contact the Front Desk to schedule a time (8AM-5PM) for the tree to be removed
  2. Remove all lights and ornaments prior to the scheduled arrival
  3. Make sure there is a clear path from your tree to your door

If you prefer to remove it yourself, please notify the Front Desk so that we can make sure the hallways and elevators are free from pine needles after you’re done.

Adjourned Annual Meeting (12/12/17)

Dear Homeowners,

We would like to first thank you for joining us at this year’s Holiday Party. We hope you enjoyed the food, drinks,  photo booth and prizes. It was a pleasure to celebrate the holidays together!

Please be advised that there will be an Annual Meeting and Election on Tuesday, December 12, 2107. The meeting will be in the Function Room at 5:30PM. If you have not turned in your ballot, please make sure to do so by:
1. Turning it in at the meeting
2. Dropping it off at the Front Desk
3. Asking a fellow homeowner who will be attending the meeting to bring it on your behalf.

If you have not received your ballot or lost it, we will have some available at the Front Desk over the weekend.

  2. Turn in your ballot at the meeting on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 5:30PM in the Function Room
  3. Ask a fellow homeowner that will be attending the meeting to turn in your ballot on your behalf

If you lost your ballot, please make sure to contact me at pyoo@actionlife.com or let the Front Desk know and I will have a ballot ready for you.

2017 Toys, Food & Clothing Drive

Dear Residents,

We would like to invite you to join us in this year’s Toys, Food and Clothing Drive! We are very excited to be able to give back to our community by donating items that will bring a smile to the less fortunate.

We will be donating all new and unwrapped toys to the Marine Toys for Tots Program. We will also be accepting clothing and nonperishable food donations and take them to the Los Angeles Mission in DTLA.

Please make sure to bring all your donations to the Front Desk by December 15, 2017! All donations are greatly appreciated!

Board Meeting & Meet the Candidates

The next Open Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 5:30PM in the Function Room. We encourage everyone to attend the meeting and stay for a glass of wine at the Meet the Candidates night immediately after from 6:30PM – 7:30PM. This will be an opportunity to meet the candidates running for the Board in the upcoming annual election scheduled for Tuesday, December 5, 2017.

Pool & Spa Maintenance and Trash Etiquette Reminders

Dear Residents,

On Wednesday (10/18/17) at 9AM the pool and spa will be closed for maintenance and cleaning. These amenities will reopen on Thursday (10/19/17) at 5PM.

We also want to remind every resident to please help us keep the trash rooms clean and presentable.

  1. Make sure that all trash bags are tied securely.
  2. Do not put boxes in the trash chute.
  3. Please RECYCLE – break down all boxes  and rinse bottles and cans before placing them neatly in the recycling bin.
  4. Do not leave anything on the floor.
  5. Report any damage or mess to the Front Desk.

Quarterly Parking Cleaning & Pool/Spa Closed

Dear Residents,

On Monday, October 9, 2017 we will begin our quarterly parking cleaning. Please make sure to move your vehicles on the day your parking floor is scheduled to be cleaned or we won’t be able to clean your space. As a reminder, residents are not allowed to park in guest parking. The retail manager has agreed to allow our residents to park in retail parking at a discounted price should you wish to move your vehicle during the schedule cleaning. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.

The pool and spa will also be closed beginning Wednesday, October 18, 2107 9 AM and will reopen on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 5 PM for cleaning and maintenance.
