ANNUAL REG-4 (FIRE, LIFE & SAFETY SYSTEM) TESTING - September 25, 2018

Dear Residents,

Our annual Fire & Life Safety System (REG-4) Testing will be on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. This testing is REQUIRED for all high-rises by the LAFD and is essential to our continued operations.

Please remember that access to every unit is MANDATORY and that we will begin at 9:00AM following a short announcement. We will knock three times before accessing your unit, should there be no response. If we do not have your unit key please make sure someone is there to grant our team entry. We will begin at the top of the building and work our way down.

Electricity to the units will be completely shut off at 1:00PM for approximately one (1) hour. Please make sure to turn off all your electronics, reset your clocks, and take any other precautions that may be necessary. The elevator service will also be interrupted at various times throughout the day which will cause delays so please plan accordingly.

If you live in the 200-units, please note that the alarms and strobes will begin to sound after 7:00AM but your power will be shut off at 1:00PM with the rest of the residential units.

Wally Home - Water Sensing System

Dear Residents,

For the past month, we posted signs throughout the community for a water sensing system called Wally. This system works by detecting and alerting you of water leaks, changes in temperature and humidity, and when windows and doors open or close via the Wally App and/or text messages.

Everyone is encouraged to stop by the Front Desk and pick up a copy of the Wally Packet  and Wally Q&A for more information. The purpose of this system is to help protect you and your neighbors of potential damages caused by water leaks that can go unnoticed for extended periods of time.

For those of you interested in purchasing the system, the Wally Team is offering our residents a 32% discount on the system. The prices are as follows:

Option #1: (1) Hub + (5) Sensors (Recommended for 1-1.5 bath units)for $198.45
Option #2: (1) Hub + (8) Sensors (Recommended for 2 bath units) for $272.32
Option #3: (1) Hub + (12) Sensors (Recommended for 3+ bath units) for $366.03
