May Safety Reminders

Dear Residents,

We want to please remind everyone to follow these rules to ensure your safety and the safety of others at Solair:

  • Do not walk up and down the Parking Ramp as it is not safe for pedestrians.
  • Drive slowly when entering and leaving the Parking Lot.
  • Do not open the gate for other vehicles.
  • Parking Decals must be clearly displayed on all registered vehicles.
  • All Guests must sign in at the Lobby.
  • Always lock your vehicles and report suspicious activity to the Front Desk.

Water Leaks & Insurance

Dear Residents,

We encourage everyone to take a moment to check your homes for leaks and make sure to take care of them immediately.  By doing so, you will prevent any flooding and damage to your neighbors and avoid costly and burdensome repairs.

As a reminder, all homeowners must secure and maintain their own insurance coverage (HO6) for their homes.  Your homeowners insurance is not provided by Solair.  If you do not have coverage, please contact your insurance broker immediately to protect your home.

If you are renting the unit, we urge you to carry renters insurance to make sure your belongings are insured.

TERRACE ETIQUETTE REMINDERS

Dear Residents,

We want to ask that you please be considerate of your neighbors and make sure that nothing escapes your balcony and windows.

Ø  LITTERING IS PROHIBITED
Do not toss cigarettes or other items from your balconies and windows. They fall into your neighbor’s terraces and pose an extreme risk of harm to residents of lower units.

Ø  USE CAUTION WHEN WATERING YOUR PLANTS
Potted plants MUST have a tray placed underneath so as not to spill onto balconies and patios below.

Ø  NO PETS MAY BE LEFT UNATTENDED

Ø  NO STORAGE

REMEMBER: The terrace space of the units on the 7th floor extend further out and unintended items regularly land on them.

If you happen to witness littering or cigarette butts exiting balconies or windows, please report it directly to management.
